Jennifer Comfort, owner and designer of She Takes The Cake™, began this exciting sugar adventure when an average cake just wouldn't do for a personal event.

Starting out with birthday cakes for a small local clientele, Jen now creates some of the most delicious and exclusive wedding and specialty event cakes in Central New York.
Located in beautiful Chenango County and working out of her dedicated licensed studio, Jen's sought after cakes are delivered wherever a client wants and requires her services.
A limited number of commissions are accepted for as far away as the NY Metro area, but the most often delivered to areas are:

Hamilton, Syracuse, Skaneateles, Oswego, and Alexandria Bay.
 
  Instead of a traditional background of formal culinary training, this ‘self-taught’ cake artist instead is driven by passion and utilizes her background in graphic arts and experience with design and layout as the foundation of her work. Jen’s passion is fed by the design and execution of incredibly delicious cakes that clients are unlikely to find anywhere else in the area.
